At Drift, we roll out product updates frequently, you can view all our product updates here. Since we often update parts of Drift, this means that some features of our product go through retirements. In this article, you'll see when our End of Life is for supporting certain areas of Drift.

Slack will be making changes to their API, V1 of the integration is will no longer be supported. V2 will still be supported. Users on V1 will be sent an email explaining the transition and details to their inbox |
