First, you'll want a tour of the account.
Drift Email is compromised of the Dashboard, the Inbox, and Skills.
Dashboard
This Dashboard is where you'll see all your metrics for your account such as the amount of contacts that have been updated, the amount of total replies, and the amount of new contacts. For further detail on the dashboard, check out this doc here.
Inbox
The inbox displays all email replies from all your connected inboxes and/or subdomains, in real time. For further information on what the inbox does, check out this doc here.
Skills
Skills define how you want data to flow out of Drift Email. Skills run every 10 minutes and continually process data as replies enter Drift Email. For further info on the available skills, check out this doc here.
