Drift Video allows you to connect with your leads faster than ever by allowing you to easily send personalized and engaging content!

Please note that only customers on Legacy Drift plans are able to invite users to join Drift Video. If you are on a 2021 Drift plan, video is included with each Sales seat. See here for more information.
How to get to Manage Teammates
To invite teammates to Drift Video you will want to first go to the Manage Teammates page which can be found by clicking the settings icon.
How to check how many paid seats have been added to your account
Once you are on the Manage Teammates page you can view how many seats you have open on your plan by looking at the top right corner of the screen.
If you would like to see how many total seats you have on your account you can click the settings icon > plan and billing which will bring you to your billing page which displays how many total seats are on your account!
How to invite Free users
On the Manage Teammates page you will want to click the blue Invite teammates button in the top right corner of the screen which will open a new menu.
Enter the email address of the teammate you would like to add on the left side of this menu. In order to select the seat, expand the drop down on the right side of this menu and scroll all the way to the bottom to find the Drift Video seat.
What happens if you need to merge accounts?
Did you start using Drift Video on a free or legacy account and want to upgrade to a 2021 Drift plan but you're worried you'll lose the videos on your free account? Luckily for you, we have you covered!
If you upgrade to a Sales Seat from a free account you will not see any videos you recorded on your free account and this behavior is expected! All you need to do is chat in to Drift Support or submit an email ticket and we will be able to merge your accounts together for you so all your previously recorded videos will appear in your new account!
Please note that at this time there are no settings within the Drift Video UI to merge video accounts!
