Looking to see how your sales teams Drift videos are performing? Look no further than Team Video Reporting!
Accessing Drift Video Reporting
Pre 2021 Pricing Plans
How you access team video reporting will depend on what Drift pricing plan you are on. If you are on a pre 2021 plan you'll first need to head to the Drift Video app by clicking the app switcher > Drift Video.
Once you are on the main Drift Video page you will want to click on the reports tab.
Once you are on the reports tab you will see two reports, Videos and Team Performance.
2021 Pricing Plans (Unified Sales Seat)
If you are on Drift's new pricing plan and are using our Unified Sales Seat then you will not need to use the app switcher mentioned above to access Drift Video and Team Video Reporting! All you have to do is click the Drift Video icon in the left hand side bar!
On the next page you need click the Reports button and that will expand to allow you to access both the Video's and Team Performance reports!
The Videos overview allows managers to discover and scale video best practices by showing you how your teammates videos have performed over the selected date range. We default to the past month but you are able to adjust the time frame using the filter in the top right corner of the screen.
For each video in the report we will show you the video title, who the video was created by, how many views the video has, the average percent of the video that has been viewed, how many conversations the video has started, and how many meetings were booked as a result of viewing the video.
The order we display the videos in this report is determined by which has the highest amount of views but you are able to click the heading for each column to sort how you like.
You are also able to export this report as a CSV using the export CSV button on the right side of the screen.
Team Performance Report
The team performance overview will break down the same data as the video report, but instead of showing the information by individual video we display it by teammate which allows you to measure video activity!
For each teammate in the report we will show you the teammate name, how many videos they have made, how many total views their videos have, the average percent of their videos that have been viewed, how many conversations their videos have started, and how many meetings were booked as a result of viewing their videos.
This report will default to sorting teammates by who has created the most videos but you are able to click the heading for each column to sort how you like.
