To begin using Target Accounts, your admin will need to sync Target Accounts from Salesforce. Once completed, use the filters on the top right of the page to find a specific account owner, activity type, or filter using Salesforce fields. Simply click into any line item to see more details on the account.
Notifications and Conversations
Notifications all you to see when someone is on your website, starts a chat, or watches a video.
To set up your notifications, click the Drift logo at the top left and go to Notifications settings. From here, you can modify any of the modifications selections as seen in the shot below.
Conversations will filter into the correct sections based on your playbooks and routing rules.
To set up videos, select Video in the left hand navigation bar. (If you need to download and install the video extension you can do so here.) Once installed, go to, Settings > Video and Notification, and Settings > Account to modify your preferences as needed.
Meetings allows users to book meetings from your conversations, emails, or videos.
To set up meetings, Go to Calendar icon in the left navigation menu, and click "connected accounts" to add or modify your accounts. Go to the Availability tab to set your availability and working hours, and select Meeting Types to edit the default meeting type to add your personal video conferencing link.
