The Drift Admin seat allows you to access all of the settings pages within Drift as well as all conversations!
This Drift Admin seat is available on any 2021 paid platform plan. (Premium, Advanced, Enterprise)

Admin Only Features
The Drift Admin seat allows you to access all the features that the Drift Sales seat and the Drift Marketer seat as well as several settings pages that are not accessible with other Drift seats.
Getting to Settings
To access your organization settings you need to click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen which will bring up a menu where you can click the settings icon.
Opening your settings will bring you directly to the Manage Teammates page where you are able to view all the Drift users in your instance as well as edit their permissions and availability.
Plan and Billing
On this page you can view what Drift plan you are on, how many seats are available on it and what your billing period is. Clicking the billing tab will allow you to see how you are being billed for Drift, whether it's by credit card or invoice.
The Teams page allows you to build out and manage teams within Drift that can be used in your routing rules to make sure all your leads are going to the right team!
The meetings page allows you to configure meeting types that can be used by every agent in your Drift instance! You can also configure how you would like to distribute your meetings based on agent availability or speed which allows visitors to select a time that works best for them.
The Company details page allows you to configure your company's information to allow site visitors to recognize and engage with your brand and you can even upload your company's logo!
Here admins can configure data privacy for your Drift instance by setting up data consent forms as well as what site visitors will be shown your form. You can also retrieve or delete contact data for any of your contacts within Drift!
The security settings page allows you to configure security requirements forlogging on to your Drift instance. Here you can enable two factor authentication, set custom password requirements and enable session timeouts for your users!
As an admin you are also able to access all of the App settings within Drift! These settings include widget customization and hours, conversation tags, saved replies, routing rules, bot customization integration settings, and more!
