Marketing Seat Features
The Drift Marketing Seat gives users access to the playbook editor, reports, visitors and all conversations! For more information on the following features please see the Additional Help section at the bottom of this article.
The Marketing seat gives marketers full access to the playbook editor within Drift. Here they can create new playbooks from scratch as well as updated and edit any existing playbooks!
The Reports tab gives marketers access to several different reports within Drift so you can track how your playbooks are performing. Here you can view reports for your chat playbooks as well as reports for email playbooks, routing, and a general conversation report!
The Visitors tab provides marketers access to all of the contacts currently in your Drift instance and allows you to configure contact segments, Salesforce account uploads and contact list uploads from Pardot and Marketo. If you are on an Advanced or Enterprise level Drift plan you will also be able to access Drift Audiences from the visitors page.
The Marketer seat allows you to access and view all conversations within Drift to see how your sales reps are engaging with site visitors, but the seat does not allow you to chat with site visitors.
