Unbounce is a drag-and-drop builder that lets you create and publish your own landing pages without excessive codework. You can install Drift on these landing pages to engage your visitors just as you would on a more standard html-based webpage.
Your Drift account has a unique and personalized snippet that points to your organization's inbox. You'll want to make sure you use the code snippet located in your account.
In this article we'll go over:
Locating the Code Snippet
Installing the Code Snippet with Unbounce
Keep in mind, you’ll want Drift’s snippet installed in the head of your page.
Unbounce has configurable modal windows called Lightboxes, Lightboxes allow you to highlight important information like forms, instructions, and videos — while also helping you declutter your landing pages. If Drift is appearing in your Unbounce Lightboxes as well, make sure to exclude “lightbox” from your Playbook URL targeting in Drift. It should look something like this.
For further information on Playbook Targeting, check out our help doc here.
If you need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to email@example.com or chat in directly though your Drift app. Given Unbounce is a third party integration, our support team may be limited in the amount of support we can give on this topic. For any questions that haven't been answered, we suggest checking out the Unbounce support documentation as well. You'll find that here.
