Saved replies are an awesome way to send answers and helpful content in the most efficient way. Check out this video to learn how to leverage them!

There are several settings in Drift for more advanced users or larger companies, such as limiting the amount of conversations a teammate can have at a time, raising your email sending limits, and customizing how links appear with Drift. Our bots can do a lot of the work for your team. We call these abilities Skills. Below, we'll go over a few of the most helpful skills to help you level up your usage of Drift!
Sometimes, your team can't reach a routed conversation quickly enough or is away and misses a message. Team Availability can help with that by re-routing a conversation, sending an away message, or dropping a calendar. Check out this doc for more information on Team Availability!
Sometimes, when your calendar is dropped in a conversation, a prospect does not select a time for one reason or another. With Abandoned Scheduling, you can automatically send them an email to follow up and prompt them to select a time. Check out this doc to learn more!
Within your bot Playbooks, you can set up keyword groups so that you can route conversations, send responses, or qualify/disqualify leads based on what they type in! You can save these for later use and we'll even suggest keywords for you to use based on what people have typed. Check out this doc to learn how to leverage them!
