Why is my playbook displaying when it shouldn't? Why isn't my playbook targeting my site visitors when it should? Targeting Audit Log
The targeting audit log does not require any set up and can be viewed in the conversation view when looking at a chat. It looks like this:
When a condition set is matched, it will appear green and will have a check mark next to it, indicating that the targeting condition was met.
When a targeting condition is not met, it will appear red and will be marked by X's. It looks like this:
