Here's a quick overview of the graphs you can find on your dashboard when you login to your Drift account.
Drift Overview Stats
We show you 4 key statistics to help you check the pulse of how Drift is working for you.
- The number of conversations that happened in the timeframe
- The number of emails Drift captured for you, both from any default email capture settings and also from email capture questions in playbooks
- The number of CQLs (Conversation Qualified Leads) that were marked
The graph just below shows a day-by-day of the statistic you have selected. Click another to see daily results.
Influenced by Drift
If you have Salesforce connected to Drift, you will also see a Salesforce revenue dashboard. For complete information on that and how it's calculated, click here.
We also offer an overview report of the meetings your team has booked through Drift. The date range follows the filter youset at the top of the dashboard page.
Along with a line graph showing the cumulative booked meetings within the timeframe, there's also a table showing the top 5 members of your team in terms of meetings booked. To view the full report, click here.
Lastly, below your overview dashboard will be a quick view of your conversation stats. You can see a graph of conversations per day, along with a heat-map of when new conversations are started. To see the full report, click here.
