Here's a high-level overview on pricing information for our most common plans. If you're on Premium (formerly Company) or Enterprise and have questions, please chat with our team or speak with your Customer Success Manager.

How do I know what plan I am on?
Easy! As an admin, simply go to Settings > Organizational Settings > Plan and Billing. From here, you can also upgrade your plan by selecting the Upgrade plan button under the Plan tab.
How many seats does my plan come with?
The Free, Essential, and Premium plans come with one (1) included seat. If all your seats are currently filled, you'll need to purchase a new seat to invite them.
When is a seat filled?
To fill a seat, you need to send an invitation. Once the invitation is accepted, the seat becomes filled by the person who accepted the invite. If you send multiple invitations; then a new seat will be purchased when an additional person joins your team.
How much are additional seats?
If you're on the Free plan, adding seats is not supported. Upgrading to the Essential plan is necessary, and additional seats are $25 per month irregardless if it's an Admin seat, or Chat seat; and yes, the seat is billed annually.
On the Premium plan, additional chat seats are $50 per month if you're on a monthly plan, and $40 per month if on an annual contract. Calendar seats are priced at $20 per month on an annual contract or $25 per month on a monthly commitment.
How many contacts does my plan come with?
The Free plan comes with 100 contacts, while the paid plans all have unlimited contacts.
How much are additional contacts?
On the Free plan, upgrading to Essential will give you access to 1,000 contacts A: Free - upgrade to Standard!
