When your sales team is using Drift, making sure that they are talking to the most qualified leads is super important. Qualifying leads and marking them as such manually can be helpful, but Madkudu allows you to identify and prioritize your best leads automatically.
The Madkudu integration can be added to your account should you request access to it from our team.

Connecting to Madkudu
From your Drift account, head to Settings > App Settings > Integrations > MadKudu, or, click here.
Then, enter your API Key, which you can find within your MadKudu account. Then, click Connect.
Data In the Conversation View
Once that integration is connected, you will see the MadKudu score of your leads populate in the top of the conversation view.
MadKudu will score your lead based on the scale of "Poor" to "Very Good" based on the information and data you've provided to them in your account.
