Once your Drift in Hubspot integration is set up, you can start sending events to Hubspot.
When sending events to HubSpot, you’ll also be able to create lists based on a number of different properties.
Here we'll go over what some of those properties mean:
Drift Campaign Response Property
This property indicates when someone responds to a Playbook conversation. For example, they clicked on a Playbook's CTA, and they responded.
Drift Message Sent Property
This property refers to when someone has responded to a Conversation
Marked as Drift CQL Property
This property refers to when someone is marked as a CQL in that response.
New Drift Conversation Property
This property refers to when an entirely new conversation was sent.
