In order to connect to your Wordpress knowledge base, all we need is the full URL. One step and you're done!
You might see this error come up when you type in your URL:
First, check the URL to be sure you typed it in correctly. If that doesn't work, you may be on an older version of Wordpress. You'll need WP version 4.7 or later for the integration to function without any extra steps. To see your version number, go to the Wordpress Admin area and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
If you're on an earlier version, you can manually install the latest beta version of the WP API.
Fill in your organization's name in Zendesk. Log into your Zendesk account when prompted, and you are connected 💯
