Ever wonder what page your customers are on while chatting with them? You can now see exactly which pages of your site they are on directly through your conversation view.
Which Page a Customer is On
You can see which page they are actively on in the contact preview in your conversations page. Next to the link logo, there will be a URL of the page they are currently on.
This is a feature of Live View, so it is only available on paid plans. For more information on our different plans, click here.
A Customer’s Activity Throughout the Conversation
If a contact moves pages in a conversation, a gray line and link to the page they have moved to will show up in the conversation. This will be documented so you can look back and see where your customers were at different points in the conversation.
You can also see where the customer was when the chat started at the top of the conversation!
