You can now insert a Call-to-Action button in your email playbooks! These buttons will be clicked-tracked and customizable.
Let's Get Started
Within your Drift account, go to Playbooks on the left sidebar and then click on the New Playbook Button, Email Playbook.
Then try and Email Playbook.
Once you've begun, start working on the content of your email. Within your email editor, click the Insert button and select "Button."
Customizing the Button
Once you've clicked "Button," you can start customizing it to fit your audience!
Within the Content, Style, and Setting tab, you can customize:
- Link to either Web Address or Email
- Border Radius
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Text Size
- Alignment (Left, Center, Right)
- Width (Custom, Half Width)
Once the button is inserted in your email template, you can drag to change the location. You can also edid tby going back to Insert > Button.
Want to see how your emails are performing? You can go to your Playbooks page and see under the Email tab, click on the playbook you want to see. Super cool and great for your emails going forward
- Total Enrolled
- Total Clicks
- Total Conversations
- Total Lost (un-enrolled)
- Total Money Influenced from your Playbook
Note: top right "This Month" tab can be brought down to see how the Playbook performed at a certain time period.
