Using the Sales Engaged smart filter on your playbooks is a great way to tailor your messaging to those cold leads and give them the information they need to warm up.
This smart filter is available for both chat and email playbooks in the Audience Builder.
What qualifies someone as engaged?
Any of the following:
- If they had a meeting with someone on your team in the last 21 days, or have one scheduled in the next 21 days.
- If they've received a sales email in the last 21 days, or are scheduled to receive one in the next 21 days.
- If they have had a conversation via your instance in the last 7 days.
