Our TextUs Integration allows you to communicate with customers via text message!
How it works
1. Use the Phone Capture Skill in your Bot Playbook to capture a site visitors phone number.
2. In the Drift Conversation View, use /text to send a text from the conversation view.
3. Your /text message will show up as an internal note in the chat.
4. You can also send meeting links using /text so that your customer can book meetings with you on the go!
