If you’re already a FullStory customer, you don’t need to lift a finger to connect the two apps — Drift will automatically detect FullStory on your site and FullStory session URLs will begin appearing inside of Drift.
Here's how you find the FullStory URL in a conversation:
If you don't see the View in FullStory button or if you've integrated FullStory via Segment, you might need to add
window._fs_namespace = 'FS'
to your code (before the Segment code) or directly before the
line in your installation script, to make sure that this functions!
What is Shown within FullStory
When you click the 'View in FullStory' option, it will bring you to FullStory where you will have the ability to view the session replay, meaning you have the opportunity to see the exact path of your customer. Fast-forwarding through moments of inactivity, FullStory can show you where your customers clicked, what they looked at, and much more!
