At Drift, conversations are at the center of everything we do. Connecting your prospects with the right people is essential, and now we've made it easier by integrating with LeanData. You'll be able to route in the contact owner according to your LeanData rules.

Setting up the LeanData integration
In order to utilize the LeanData integration, you must first link your Drift account to Salesforce. To do that, head to Settings > App Settings > Integrations > Salesforce, or, click here!

Once you've set up the integration, make sure you've mapped your users in Drift and Salesforce (see section 4, "Configuration of Sync settings)
When this is done, head back to the Integrations page and select LeanData.
You'll be prompted to log in with your credentials and then we'll send an email to the team at LeanData requesting they enable the integration. You'll receive an email back from a human on their team when it's been enabled.
Note: This may take a few hours.
Setting up the LeanData routing rule
To configure your LeanData routing rule, head to Settings > Team Settings > Conversation Routing, or click here. Select Create new rule and click the LeanData option.
We'll check LeanData to match leads with their account owner. You can add additional filters like URL, geolocation, and website behavior to this rule if you'd like! When you're done, hit Save and Continue. You'll then be able to reorder your rules' priorities as usual.
Using LeanData within the Route Skill
In a bot Playbook, you can also use the route skill specifically to match for a LeanData owner. Simply add a route skill by clicking Add new in the top right of the visual builder, select Route Conversation and choose Route to account owner returned by LeanData.

LeanData in the Conversation View
When a prospect or contact engages with a Playbook, we'll check your lead routing rules and try to match with LeanData.
You'll see data in the Routing Audit Log (RAL) about who was added into a conversation and why. It looks like this!
