We know that many of our users are using Microsoft's suite of products to manage their days. We also know that keeping track of multiple sets of login credentials can be tough!
By using the Sign in with Microsoft functionality, you can log into Drift with your existing Microsoft credentials and we'll automatically connect your calendar to Drift so you can spend more time capturing leads and less time trying to remember your password!
Signing in with Microsoft
Head over to https://start.drift.com/login. Click Sign in with Microsoft.
In the pop-up window, log in to your Microsoft account.
Once logged in, you will see a modal. Click Yes to authorize Drift to sync with your Microsoft account.
This will also grant Drift permission to access your calendar, if it is not already connected. Once your calendar is connected and permission given, this calendar will become your primary calendar and you will be able to do things like schedule meetings with prospects!
Once you click Yes, you will then be sent down one of the following flows.
a.) New User Flow: If you are a new Drift user, you will be directed to our onboarding flow! Here, we will help you set up your very own Drift account for your organizations's use. Trying to join an existing organization? Check out the Invited User Flow below!
b.) Invited User Flow: If you are an Invited User trying to log in, you can not use this feature. You must go through the normal invite flow and follow the instructions in the email we sent you.
c.) Existing User Flow: Already have an account under a Microsoft email address? No worries! Drift will recognize you and help you connect your calendar.
d.) SSO User Flow: If you're trying to sign into an organization that uses Single Sign On, you will be redirected to the normal authentication flow.
