Sometimes, in response to a bot message or question, site visitors will respond with greetings such as "Hey!" or "Hi." Previously, the bot would continue moving with the flow, which could result in you missing out on qualifying information. Now, your bot can respond to these messages and re-ask the question to make sure you don't miss a lead!
This feature is available on our Premium plan and above.
Setting it Up
This setting is applied at the Playbook level. Head to your Playbooks tab and select any existing Playbook (or make a new one).
Navigate to the Settings tab in the navigation bar along the top of the screen. You'll see Greeting Response, where you can enable and select a default response to a visitor's greeting, or you can create your own!
