We know that sometimes you may want to know exactly when a lead you're trying to connect with or nurture is on your site. Drift can send notifications to you when they land on your site so you don't miss a chance to connect!

How to set it up
Head to your Contacts view, or click here.
Click the contact you'd like to follow, or search for their email in the search box to the right. Click the contact and you'll be taken to the Contact Details page.
From there, you'll be able to enroll the contact in a sequence, add or view attributes, and follow them. Click the Follow button and you'll see it change to a success state.

Proactively Messaging Followed Contacts
You'll receive a browser notification when a followed contact is on your site. Clicking it will bring you into Drift and allow you to send a message right to them. You can also do this directly for any visitor from Live View.
