What's the pricing?
The startup program is an annual plan and has 3 pricing tiers. Because we want to offer smaller startups a higher discount since they are operating with fewer resources, the amount of funding your company has received will determine your price point. Each year, upon renewal, your funding will be reassessed, which will determine what you pay in year 2, year 3, and so on.
Tier 2: $2M-$4.99M
Tier 3: $5M-$15M
Once accepted in the startup program, we will share the pricing with you for all three of these tiers before you purchase. When you outgrow the startup program criteria (>50 employees, >$15M in funding, or want more than the 20 seat limit) we will work with you directly to transition you to our premium plan.
What limits do I have on my plan?
Your plan comes with unlimited contacts (no limits there!) and 10 seats, with the option to add up to ten more seats for a total of 20.
How many users/seats do I get?

What if I’m already a paying customer, can I still get this offer?
This is an offer that’s only available to brand new customers of Drift.
Is Onboarding included?
Onboarding is not included in the Startup Program, but we do have weekly training webinars and live chat support, as well as email support available every day.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
At the moment, the Startup Program is only billed on an annual basis but that means you get the power of Drift for a full year no matter what!
Can I try a version of Drift before signing up?
Yes, you can absolutely try the Free version (which comes with live chat only) by clicking here. We do recommend applying either way though since you pay after applying so you can have a couple days to think about it if you need.
