Drift's integration with 6sense allows Drift and 6sense customers to target conversations with ABM accounts using 6sense firmographic data.

This integration is available within our Premium (formerly Company) and Enterprise plans. These instructions are for mutual customers of 6sense and Drift. 6sense is also a provider of Drift Intel, to learn more about Drift Intel visit this page.
Connecting the Integration
To set this up, all you need is your 6sense Company Details API Key.
Go to Settings > Integrations > 6sense.
Once you're there, click Connect, enter your Company Details API Key and click Submit.
How the Integration Works
The 6sense integration works in two main ways:
- Perform a Reverse-IP lookup through the 6sense API in order to identify a company based on a site visitor's IP address, and show company firmographics
- Target ABM accounts when they come to your website with personalized messages
6sense firmographics can also be used to targeting for Playbooks.
Under the Audience section of the playbook editor, click on the “Visitors who match …” option, click "Add condition...", and find the “DRIFT INTEL" section
Use 6sense information to determine which Drift Users are routed to conversations. Head to Conversation routing within App Settings.
To utilize the integration, add conditions and use the drop down to create 6sense specific routing rules.

Organizations can also use 6sense firmographic information within Playbooks to personalize messages.
