Drift Email provides data points about email replies that can be used in updates to your marketing platform.
Here are all the available Drift Email fields and what they mean:
Field |

Additional notes |
Company domain |
The domain name associated with the sender of the reply. (Example: if you receive a reply from jane.doe@drift.com, the company domain is "drift.com") |
|
Date of the reply |
The date the reply was sent. |
|
Email subject |
The subject line of the email reply. |
|
First date from reply body |
The first date Drift Email recognizes in the reply body. Note that this is the date that appears first in the reply body, not necessarily the earliest chronological date. |
We recognize a variety of date formats: 1/30/2020, 30/1/20, January 30, 30th Jan, etc.
Because we can't standardize, this can make it difficult to run automation based on dates pulled from replies. |
Last date from reply body |
The last date Drift Email recognizes in the reply body. Note that this is the date that appears last in the reply body, not necessarily the latest chronological date. |
We recognize a variety of date formats: 1/30/2020, 30/1/20, January 30, 30th Jan, etc.
Because we can't standardize, this can make it difficult to run automation based on dates pulled from replies. |

Mined contacts are rated High, Medium, or Low quality depending on the available information. More on contact quality here. |
