Conversation Details lives in the Conversation view and gives you quick access to the demographics on who's chatting in. The information in this side bar can be modified via several integrations and is a great tool to help you to identify your customers. If you're on the Drift Essential plan or above and a visitor provides an email, their information will automatically be supplied by Clearbit. If you're on Drift Premium or above Drift Intel can also identify company information on anonymous visitors.
To access the Conversation Details sidebar, click the expand arrow on the right hand side of the conversation view.
From this view, you'll find contact info, company info, conversation details, recent activity and information supplied by any integrations you may have installed into Drift.
You can see what information is supplied by which service by hovering over the integration icon in the company details box.
To paint a full picture and to maximize the information available, Drift allows you to integrate several CRM services to supply you with the demographics in this view.
Supported integrations for this sidebar include Salesforce, Clearbit, 6sense, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua and others.
To install an integration, you'll want to go to Settings > Integrations.
From here, you'll be able to see all the integrations available for you to install. You can search or scroll through this screen to find the integration offered. Once you click the integration, Drift makes it simple to connect your account. Just follow the instructions on screen and you're all set.
Once you've set up your integration, you'll find the details supplied.
