Setting up the Integration:
To find the integration between Drift Meetings and Zoom, first log in to your account and go to Settings > App Settings > Integrations > Zoom (Or, you can just click here.)
The integration will be available for all users once the integration is set up by an admin.
Permissions Note #1:
Permissions Note #2: To enable this integration, your Zoom admin needs to pre-approve the process. If you are not approved, you'll be presented an opportunity to notify your admin via the Request Pre-Approve notification as seen below.
Using the Integration:
Once connected, Drift will store your personal meeting link and your refresh token. This will allow you to be able to add your Zoom Profile via the Conference Link drop down to any of your meeting types in Drift, automatically including conferencing links, dial in numbers, and any other details when meetings of that type are booked.
To access these features on your profile so your users can start booking meetings. Go to Settings > Meetings > Meeting Types and then select Actions > Edit on the meeting that you'd like to include the Zoom info on. From here, you can include the Zoom info via the Conference Link drop down.
To ensure your customers are getting the best experience, we highly recommend that each of your users utilize their own Zoom meeting links in the default meeting. For further info on Meetings settings, check out our help doc on meetings here
Users will now be able to book a meeting with you via your meeting link or playbook, and they will now receive an email with the Zoom contact info included.
In this email you'll have the zoom link, but also will have the Meeting ID so you can copy and paste that into the Zoom app in lieu of clicking the link. Note: This information will only be sent in the initial e-mail, and will not show up in any reminders unless you have manually added the zoom link to the event in your calendar.
