Step 2: Once the code snippet is installed, we’ll automatically verify that it was installed correctly. If something goes wrong, we’ll prompt you to install it again.
Step 3: Next you’ll be prompted to add the metrics that you want to improve with the Drift platform. This is a great time to think through how you want to leverage Drift and what goals you want to accomplish.
Step 4: Finally, you’ll be asked to indicate your high-intent pages on your website! By indicating these pages, we’ll be able to help you target high-intent pages when you start building your first bot playbook.
Step 5: Within this step, you’ll have the chance to set your team’s business hours. These hours are when your team will be online to chat with site visitors.
Once you’re in the Drift platform, click into Playbooks and follow the steps in our next section on building your playbooks.
