Building your email sequence
To create a new campaign, navigate to the Campaigns tab. You’ll see three example campaign templates already in your account.
You can either choose to edit one of the templates, or select Create new to start from scratch.
Select the Emails tab to start building your sequence.
By default, your new campaign will include 4 emails with set delays between each email. This is simply a suggestion - there is no limit to the number of emails you can have in a campaign.
Click into any email to customize it with text,emojis and personalization tokens.
Change the delay between emails by clicking the delay listed between each email, and click the plus sign + icon to add emails to the sequence.
On the Audience tab, you can select the list of contacts to enroll in your campaign. You can use either a CSV upload, or a smart or static list created in your marketing platform (MAP).
Note: in order for your lists to show up in your campaigns, they’ll first need to be imported. If you are pulling lists from your MAP, you’ll also need to make sure your MAP is integrated.
On the Sender tab, set the email address and name that your campaign will be sent from.
Choose the appropriate bot email address in the From dropdown, and type in the name of your bot in the From name dropdown. This is the name that will appear in your contacts’ inboxes when they receive the emails.
Set up your bot responses
