NOTE: This feature is available for Drift Email Bot customers only.
Once you have built your audience list as a CSV or within a supported marketing automation platform, it is time to import the list into Drift.
Simply navigate to Visitors > Contacts > Import Contacts and select the appropriate source.
Once a Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot list is synced to Drift, it will continue to refresh every night until the sync is manually paused. We will use the original list as the source of truth for Email Bot campaigns, and prospects may be added to or removed from campaigns according to their list enrollment in your marketing automation platform.
Once you have imported your audience, it will appear as a drop-down item in the Campaign Builder within the Email platform as shown below.
