Looking to track how successfully Drift is performing for you? Now you can set and track specific success metrics in Drift to help you know how Drift is performing!
Success Metrics are available on any paid Drift plan, starting with Premium.

What are Success Metrics and how do I access them?
Success Metrics are a group of three metrics, picked by you, that you want to focus on improving with Drift. You can get to your Success Metrics page by clicking the Edit goals button in top right corner of the main Drift dashboard.
What Metrics are offered?
You are able to select three metrics out of ten that you want to focus on improving. Below is a list of the metrics we offer as well as a description for each one. Within the app you can also hover over each metric to see a description of it!
The volume of emails captured
|Lead capture rate||The percent of emails captured|
|Qualified leads captured||The volume of emails captured that match your criteria for potential customers|
|Qualified lead capture rate||The percent of emails captured that match your criteria for potential customers|
|Meetings booked||The volume of meetings or demos booked over a given time period|
|Qualified lead/meeting conversion rate||The percent of total qualified conversions over total meetings booked|
|Opportunities influenced #||Volume of opportunities created or impacted by Drift|
|Opportunities influenced $||Dollar value of opportunities created or impacted by Drift|
|Opportunities won||Volume of opportunities closed won that were created or impacted by Drift|
|Revenue||Dollar value of revenue created or impacted by Drift|
Selecting Your Metrics
To select the success metrics you want to improve, simply click on each metric! Once you have selected three metrics make sure you click the Update button to save your selections.
You can track each Success Metric within Drift's in-app reporting!
Pipeline and Revenue Metrics
To track any metrics concerning pipeline and revenue you'll want to access the Sales Results report. You can do this by clicking the Reports tab. Opening the reports page will take you directly to the Sales Results report. For more information on revenue reporting please see this doc!
Lead Capture Metrics
You can track your lead capture rate for each of your chat playbooks by clicking Reports > Playbooks > Chat. For more information on Playbook reporting, please see this doc!
You can track your booked meetings by clicking Reporting > Conversations > Meetings. For more information on meetings reporting, please see this doc!
