Connecting your calendar is available on every Drift plan.
One of the neatest features of Drift is streamlining scheduling by giving you the ability to connect it to your calendar, so you never miss talking to a lead or a site visitor who is interested in your product or service.
However, in connecting your Google calendar as per this article, you may run into the message below or see it not connect successfully.
But the good news is that we can troubleshoot this and get your calendar to connect with the steps below!
The first step in troubleshooting the calendar is to remove Drift permissions in Google, which you can find here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Then you will do the following steps:
- Log out of your Drift account and clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Open an incognito window and log back into Drift
- Re-attempt to connect your calendar within Drift by going to settings -> my settings -> calendar or direct link here: https://app.drift.com/meetings/mine.
If, after trying the steps above, your calendar does not connect, please try going to: https://app.drift.com/settings2/email and selecting connected account, and seeing if it saves there.
If doing all this does not result in the calendar being connected, please send us a ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat in!
