Once logged into Drift Chat, you'll see a number of available options on the left-hand menu bar. Depending on your Drift Chat plan, some of the following options will not be available.
This area brings you to all of the available playbooks within your Drift Chat instance. From here you can select individual playbooks for editing, see which playbooks are online and offline, and change the priority of individual playbooks.
This area is where you'll find all of the available standard reports within Drift, such as Sales Pipeline, Team Performance Overview, and Chat Playbook Performance.
This area houses your audience information, including your contacts and accounts.
This area is where you can check all of the conversations you're having within Drift! See open and closed conversations, who's actively chatting on your website, and which member of your team is chatting with them.
This area houses all of your Drift Prospector information. Here you can check your target accounts, where they're at in your pipeline, high intent pages, key personas, and much more.
