Playbooks, Meetings, and SFDC Reports
Salesforce Global Dashboard
The Salesforce Dashboard report contains information on opportunities, pipeline and Closed Won accounts that have conversation activity associated with them. The conversation where the account communicated with your team is also included in this report.
To access the report, click View opportunities on the SFDC dashboard graph.
Then click Export to CSV after selecting the time you'd like to filter by!
In the Meetings Report, you can see which of your teammates is booking the most meetings over a customizable period of time, and which companies are booking meetings with you! This data can be exported by clicking Export to CSV.
You can access reports based on each of your Playbooks from the Playbooks homepage.
You'll be able to see number of conversations, goals reached, meetings booked, and CQLs. Click either export option. These reports will be delivered to your email, and won't download directly in your browser, as these reports can take longer to generate due to conversation volume!
You can also export the funnel metrics of any/all of your playbooks into one CSV! These are the high-level metrics you see on the Playbooks homepage.

Bot Flow Analytics
For any Bot Playbook, we provide flow analytics so you can see how people are interacting with your Playbooks, how many people are clicking each button, and where people are dropping off in the flow.
Within any Bot Playbook, click Analytics.
You'll see how many people were targeted, how they interacted, bot conversation ratings, and more! For more on Bot flow analytics, check out this help doc!
You can see a full breakdown of all the following conversation reports within this doc!
- chart of new conversations and conversations by time of day
- where conversations are happening
- who is responding to the most conversations
- how conversations are being tagged
- team performance
- routing rules
Drift Help Report
