Playbook Analytics gives you data on a variety of things within the Bot playbooks. You will be able to see how many people interacted with your playbook, at what point of the flow there's drop-off, and how many people interacted with each of your button or keyword responses.
Here is how to find the Conversation Flow Analytics in your Bot Builder:
First, you'll want to navigate to Reports > Overview, and from there select Conversation Flow.
Once you click into the report, you'll see something like this:
You will always see the most recent version of your Playbook up at the top of your Conversation Flow Analytics page, but you will also be able to see your past versions of your Playbooks so you can compare how well each variation of your bot flow performed.
You can adjust the time range of the data displayed by using the calendar chooser on the top right of the Analytics Page.
You can also adjust how you display the metrics on that page, either in raw numbers or in percentages!
When you look at each question, you'll see how many "unique views per conversation" it had. This means that every time the playbook fires it counts as one unique view. You will also be able to see how many people responded overall to the question, and from there how many people selected each of the button or keyword responses.
If your bot flow has "jump to nodes", you can check a box to visually display where those questions jump to, or you can choose to not display those lines. They will be displayed as a checked line.
